Above you, you notice an open vent. Since there doesn't appear to be any other way out, you decide to climb up into it. There is a sturdy but small shelf that you're able to get up on and wiggle your way inside. There's just enough room to slide through and with some effort, you're able to pull yourself around inside the walls.
